EconoFil™ TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a high-strength, flexible filament designed for tough, rubber-like prints that can bend, stretch, and bounce back into shape. With a Shore hardness of 91A, EconoFil™ TPU offers the perfect balance of flexibility and durability—making it easier to print than softer materials like TPE, while still delivering excellent elasticity.
Ideal for protective gear, wearables, gaskets, grips, and industrial parts, this filament is resistant to oil, grease, abrasions, and even microbes—making it suitable for both everyday and demanding applications.

- Print slow. Please try printing at 30mm/s or even less.
- Set your print bed temperature to approximately 75°C-85°C
- Will stick to most common surfaces such as blue tape etc.

- Performs best in printers with direct-drive extruders.
- Reduce retraction.
- When switching from another polymer (such as ABS or PLA) purge thoroughly before starting a print.
